Whether you're just getting started or already knee-deep in planning, knowing when you should book your wedding videographer can save you a ton of stress and help ensure you get the film you’ve been dreaming of.
📅 So, When Should You Book Your Wedding Videographer?
While there is no "right" answer to this question, about 9–12 months before your wedding date is ideal. We have couples that book us 2+ years in advance, as well as couples who book last minute.
Booking early gives you time to:
Secure your top-choice videographer before they’re booked up (especially for popular dates and venues).
Build a relationship with your filmmaker so they understand your vision.
Plan any extras you might want (like letter readings, interviews, or sneak peeks).
